二十届三中全会明确,在发展中改善和保障民生是中国式现代化的重大任务.本文探讨了建立和完善民生实事一系列制度、政策和措施,加强决策、流程、监督等环节标准化协同管理,强化系统集成,高效协作,形成合力,深化并形成为民办实事全过程标准化、规范化、高效化的长效管理机制,以此凝聚起强大的思想共识和实践伟力,确保民生实事有效实施.
Abstract
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee made it clear that improving and ensuring the people's livelihood in development is a major task of Chinese path to modernization.The paper discusses the issues including establishing and improving a series of systems,policies,and measures for the people's livelihood affairs,strengthening standardized and collaborative management of decision-making,processes,supervision,and other aspects,enhancing system integration and efficient collaboration to join forces,as well as deepening and establishing a long-term management mechanism for the standardization,normalization,and efficiency of the entire process to address the people's practical concerns,which can gather a strong ideological consensus and practical strength,and ensure the effective implementation of the people's livelihood affairs.
