摘要

国内主要的区域品牌建设大多采用"标准+认证"手段,通过建立体现区域特色的标准化体系,并以此作为依据开展第三方认证评价活动.在区域品牌标准体系设计中,往往结合了管理标准和产品标准.管理标准是面向企业、以体现区域品牌建设核心要素为主的标准,多以地方标准形式发布;产品标准是面向产品、以体现产品质量水平和生产要素的标准,但标准类型却不尽相同.本文通过对比和分析目前国内主要区域品牌建设活动中面向产品的评价标准的差异,为国内其他地区的区域品牌化探索实践提供借鉴意义.

Abstract

The main regional brand building in China adopts the approach of"standard+certification".By establishing the standardization system with regional characteristics,third-party certification and evaluation activities are carried out on this basis.The design of standards system for regional brands often integrates standards for management and products.Management standards are oriented to enterprises,demonstrate the core elements of regional brand building,and are often published in the form of local standards;product standards are oriented to products,focusing on the quality level and production factors,the type of which varies.This paper compares and analyzes the differences of product-oriented evaluation standards in the current regional brand building activities in China,providing reference for the exploration and practice of regional branding in other regions nationwide.
