摘要
铁路作为重要的公共交通工具,其安全运行关系到人民群众的生命财产安全,铁路建设项目档案是铁路建设过程的重要记录,对铁路事业的发展具有重大价值.本文以济青高速铁路有限公司为例,对铁路建设项目档案管理标准体系展开初步研究,标准体系的建立可以确保铁路建设项目档案的完整、准确和可追溯性,这有助于提高整个铁路行业的管理水平,保障铁路建设项目的顺利进行和高质量完成,为铁路的安全运营提供保障.
Abstract
As an important means of public transport,the safe operation of railway is related to the safety of people's lives and property.The archives of railway construction projects are important records of railway construction process and have great value to the development of railway industry.This paper takes the Jiqing High-speed Railway Co.,Ltd.as an example to research on the standards system of archives management for railway construction projects.The establishment of the standards system can ensure the integrity,accuracy and traceability of the archives of railway construction projects,which helps to improve the management level of the whole railway industry,ensure the smooth progress and high quality of railway construction projects,and guarantees the safe operation of railway.
