本文基于实践经验和系统思考,研究提出了基于PBC框架的"31326"标准化绩效考核评价模式,在通用性PBC"结果目标承诺、执行措施承诺、团队合作承诺"等三个维度的基础上,增加了"进步性、战略性、难度性、亮点性、担当性、流程性、价值观"等考核评价,按照流程化的思维,建立了具体落地的标准化操作方法,明确指出实操要领,对工作难点做了分析,能够帮助企业提高绩效考核评价质量和成效,具有借鉴参考价值.
Research on "31326" Standardized Performance Evaluation Model Based on PBC Framework
Based on practical experience and systematical thinking,this paper puts forward the"31326"standardized performance evaluation model based on the PBC framework.On the basis of three dimensions of general PBC,which are result target commitment,implementation measure commitment,and team cooperation commitment,evaluation factors such as"progress,strategy,difficulty,innovation,responsibility,process,value"are added.In accordance with the process thinking,this paper establishes the specific standardized operation method,clarifies the key points of practice,and analyzes the difficult points of the work,which can help enterprises to improve the quality and effectiveness of performance appraisal,and has the value of reference.
