我国参与国际标准制定面临的困难问题及对策建议——基于广州市黄埔区的实践

近年来,我国积极参与国际标准制定,力求在全球标准化领域占据一席之地.黄埔区作为我国经济发达、科技创新活跃的地区之一,在参与国际标准化工作中取得了一定成效.然而,与国际先进地区相比,我国在实质性参与国际标准化工作的能力和水平方面仍有待提高.本文基于黄埔区的实践经验,分析了我国参与国际标准制定面临的主要困难问题,并提出了相应的对策建议,以期为推进我国国际标准化工作提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,China has actively participated in the development of international standards,striving for engagement in the global standardization field.As one of the regions with prosperous economy and vigorous technological innovation in China,Huangpu district has achieved certain results in participating in international standardization work.However,compared with internationally advanced regions,China still needs to improve its ability and level of substantially participating in international standardization work.Based on the practical experience of Huangpu district,this paper analyzes the main difficulties and problems faced by China in participating in the development of international standards,and proposes corresponding measures and suggestions,aiming to provide reference for promoting China's international standardization work.
