Interpretation of the National Standard Specifications for information description of food delivery
The national standard GB/T 40041-2021,Specification for information description of food delivery,was implemented.The standard involves many technical concepts,which is difficult for the catering industry to understand.Therefore,from the perspective of metadata,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the relevant concepts in the standard and their interrelationships,and systematically interprets the description requirements and information descriptions in the standard.To enhance the understanding of attribute descriptions and their application methods in the standard,this paper also provides detailed explanations through examples and highlights the problems.The aim is to provide valuable reference and guidance for relevant application and technical personnel in the catering industry.
