Research on Common Standards for Beverage Industry across the Strait
Based on the food safety standards across the Taiwan Strait,the paper starts with product classification to sort out and compare the indicators of safety-related standards including pollutant limits,mycotoxin limits,microbial limits,and food additives in beverages.By analyzing the differences in beverage safety standards across the Strait,this paper proposes measures such as carrying out information research on food safety standards across the Strait,developing comparison standards for terms of food safety across the Strait,enriching the service platform for common standards across the Strait,and establishing a regular consultation and information exchange mechanism to promote the common standards for beverage industry across the Strait.
