Taking the issue quality improvement of the electric power label product,flexible RFID electronic tags,as an example,the quality management group is brought into full play.After setting up the quality management group,according to the innovative activity procedure of the quality management group,through eight steps of selecting topics,setting goals and the feasibility demonstration,proposing plans and determining the best plan,formulating countermeasures,implementing countermeasures,checking effects,standardization,summary and next steps,the system research demonstration to the project demands is carried out,which is applied in the project execution process,to achieve the goal of product quality promotion.The standardized procedure adopted in this paper has an important guiding function for the research,demonstration and implementation of other projects.The key difficulties in technology development and implementation can be overcome by standardization activities of quality management groups.
