机动车安全技术检验智能审核系统量化评价指标研究及应用

近些年随着AI等人工智能技术的不断发展,各地逐步用机动车安全技术检验智能审核系统(以下简称"检验智能审核系统")辅助人工进行图片的审核,以提高公安机关交通管理部门的执法公信力和审核效率.目前的检验智能审核系统在审核内容、准确率、效率等方面良莠不齐,缺乏量化的评价指标.本文以检验智能审核系统为对象,从功能性、性能效率两个维度提出了审核能力、审核准确率和审核效率三个量化指标,实验结果表明本文提出的评价指标具备较强的可扩展性、可用性和可操作性.
Research and Application of Quantitative Evaluation Indicators for Intelligent Audit System of Motor Vehicle Safety Technology Inspection
In recent years,with the continuous development of artificial intelligence technologies such as AI,various regions gradually use intelligent inspection and review systems for motor vehicle safety technology inspection(hereinafter referred to as"intelligent review system for inspection")to assist manual image review,in order to improve the law enforcement credibility and review efficiency of public security traffic management departments.The current intelligent review systems for inspection vary in audit content,accuracy,efficiency,and lack unified evaluation indicators.This paper takes the intelligent review system for inspection as the object,and puts forward three evaluation indicators from two dimensions of function and performance efficiency,which are audit capability,audit accuracy rate,and audit efficiency.The experimental results show that the evaluation indicators proposed in this paper have strong scalability,usability,and operability.
