母婴健康是全民健康的重要基石,关系到万千家庭的幸福与健康中国战略目标的实现.为满足母婴群体对更高安全性、更低电磁辐射、更低出风口温度、更低噪声以及无有害物质的需求,本研究从电器安全、电磁兼容、电磁辐射、外观标识、出风口温度、法向全反射率、噪声和有毒有害物质等方面,提出了母婴适用家用手持干发器的技术要求与测试方法.这些要求和方法旨在提升母婴群体的干发器使用体验,并促进行业的规范化发展.
Abstract
Maternal and infant health is a crucial cornerstone of health for all,affecting the happiness of thousands of families and the Healthy China Initiative.To meet the needs of mothers and infants for higher safety,lower electromagnetic radiation,lower outlet temperature,lower noise,and absence of harmful substances,this study proposes technical requirements and testing methods for household handheld hair dryers,which are suitable for mothers and infants,from aspects including electrical safety,electromagnetic compatibility,electromagnetic radiation,appearance and identification,air outlet temperature,normal full reflectivity,noise,as well as toxic and harmful substances.These requirements and methods aim to enhance the usage experience of hair dryers for mothers and infants and promote the standardized development of the industry.
