Analysis and Countermeasures of Hidden Dangers of Rechargeable Batteries in Laboratories of Scientific Research Institutions
There are many kinds of rechargeable batteries in laboratories of scientific research institutions.It can cause severe safety hazards due to the imperfect management system,unclear responsibilities and rights between departments,as well as imperfect use and storage facilities.The paper fully analyzes the causes of hidden problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions including improving the management system,formulating the operating procedures,standardizing the procurement process and storage facilities,conducting regular inspection and maintenance,establishing the detailed management ledger,and setting up punishment measures with clear responsibilities.This paper can effectively reduce the safety risks of batteries in laboratories and avoid the risk of accidents during use.
