Discussion on Internal Quality Control Mode of Food Testing Laboratory
The quality management of food testing laboratories is an important link to ensure the accuracy and reliability of food testing data.Food safety is closely related to human health,and the food testing laboratory plays a key role in maintaining food safety.Food testing laboratories should strengthen the quality management,give full play to the role of quality control in the supervision of testing technology and quality improvement,and ensure that all testing activities meet the requirements of relevant standards,laws and regulations.In this paper,the development,implementation mode,and evaluation of results of the internal quality control scheme are analyzed in detail.How to implement internal quality control in routine inspection work and how to evaluate the monitoring results are discussed.It is expected to strengthen the supervision and management of the inspection process,and improve the quality of inspection and testing.
