Study on the Construction of Data Work System in Hubei Supported by the Systematization of Data Standardization
Data is the engine of the development of digital economy,and its importance has been increasingly emphasized by governments.As one of the basic data institutions,data standards can greatly improve the portability and interoperability of data,and improve the efficiency of data use.Therefore,it is particularly important to build a data standardization system.At the same time,the data standardization system can also play a guiding and supporting role in the construction of the government data work system.Through the analysis of the current situation and problems of data standardization system construction at home and abroad,including Hubei province,this paper summarizes and refines the demand for systematic construction of data standardization in Hubei province;combined with the actual situation of data work in Hubei province,designs and improves the system framework,puts forward the ideas and programs of the systematic construction of data standardization,and establishes the data standardization system of Hubei province in a more comprehensive and objective way;and finally,with the systematic construction of data standardization system as a breakthrough,puts forward the construction of data work system in Hubei province,to ensure that the market gives full play to the function of data factor allocation,and fully release the potential of data resources.
