Standardization is an important basis for the scientific management of enterprises and a necessary guarantee for enterprises to improve work quality and efficiency.Pingdingshan tobacco enterprises have the advantages of early start of standardization construction,relatively perfect standardization system construction and strong policy support.The standardization of Pingdingshan tobacco commercial enterprises has ushered in more opportunities for construction,but it also faces many challenges such as outdated standardization system and insufficient standardization talents.In order to better promote the standardization construction of Pingdingshan tobacco commercial enterprises,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the standardization construction of Pingdingshan tobacco commercial enterprises by using SWOT analysis model on the basis of detailed field research,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,which is expected to provide reference for the standardization construction and future construction strategies of Pingdingshan tobacco commercial enterprises.
