摘要
为了探究我国融雪剂产品标准要求与实际应用需求差异,本文比较了融雪剂国家标准、机场道面除冰防冰液国家标准、交通运输部行业标准,北京市、河北省和辽宁省的地方标准以及山西省和新疆维吾尔自治区的融雪剂使用技术规范,并详细分析了固体形状、冰点、相对融雪化冰能力、金属腐蚀性、植物种子受害率等指标与现场实际应用需求的差异.根据标准对比分析结论,提出今后融雪剂标准的修订建议,基于现有的融雪剂使用技术规范,提出了今后融雪剂的使用建议.
Abstract
In order to explore the differences between the standards requirements and the actual application requirements of snowmelt agents,this paper compares the national standard on snowmelt agent,the national standard on deicing and anti-icing liquid for airport pavement,the sectoral standard of the Ministry of Transport,the local standards of Beijing,Hebei and Liaoning,and the technical specifications of snowmelt agent use in Shanxi province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.It analyzes in detail the differences between solid shape,freezing point,relative snowmelt capacity,metal corrosion,seed damage rate and onsite application requirements.According to the conclusion of comparative analysis of the standard,it puts forward the suggestions of revising the standard of snowmelt agents in the future,and proposes the suggestions for the use of snowmelt agents in the future based on the existing technical specifications for the use of snowmelt agents.
