Research on the Function of Standardization in the Innovative Development of Enterprises—Taking J Cable Enterprise as an Example
This article aims to explore the important role of standardization in promoting the development of enterprises,and takes the J Cable Enterprise as a specific case to analyze the achievements and experiences of implementing standardization.Through a thorough analysis of the standardization management of J Cable Enterprise,it is found that increasing the investment in standardization,establishing a standardization director responsibility system,creating provincial standards innovative enterprises,promoting the transformation of technological achievements to standards,and using standardization to protect enterprise intellectual property rights have a good driving effect on enhancing enterprise competitiveness.This paper reveals the positive role of standardization in enhancing enterprise competitiveness and promoting the transformation of technological achievements,providing reference and guidance for other enterprises.
