摘要
本文旨在科学评估GB 38032-2020《电动客车安全要求》(以下简称GB 38032)在新能源汽车领域的实施效果,通过专项调研与统计分析工作,全面梳理了标准的执行情况、适用性、协调性、实施制约因素以及实施成效,总结了标准实施中存在的问题,提出了结论与建议,以期为规范电动客车行业的发展提供参考.
Abstract
This article aims to scientifically evaluate the implementation effect of the mandatory national standard GB 38032-2020,Electric buses safety requirements,(hereinafter referred to as GB 38032)in the field of new energy vehicles.Through special research and statistical analysis,it comprehensively sorts out the implementation status,applicability,coordination,implementation constraints,and implementation effect of the standard.It summarizes the problems in the implementation of the standard,and proposes conclusions and suggestions to provide reference for regulating the development of the electric vehicle industry.
