Exploration of Standardized Microorganism Detection Technology in Food Inspection
This article summarises the standardized microorganism detection technology in food inspection,and emphasizes the importance of sample collection and processing,detection method selection,result determination and reporting.By analysing traditional culture methods,PCR technology,gene probe technology and immunology technology,it evaluates their advantages and limitations in food microbial detection.Research shows that although traditional methods are irreplaceable in terms of accuracy,emerging technologies such as PCR and gene probe technologies have obvious advantages in speed and sensitivity.Future research needs to continuously optimize the testing process and explore innovative technologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of food safety testing and protect public health.
