Staphylococcus aureus can cause bacterial food poisoning and pose significant risks to human health.How to achieve rapid detection methods of Staphylococcus aureus is of great significance for ensuring human health.Electrochemical aptamer sensor has the advantages of low cost,short detection time,and easy operation,and can be used for rapid detection of Staphylococcus aureus.This paper reviews the application examples of electrochemical aptamer sensor in the detection of Staphylococcus aureus,in order to provide reference and idea for the rapid detection of Staphylococcus aureus.
