Determination of 8 Kinds of Organophosphorus Pesticides in Drinking Water by Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry
In this paper,the determination of 8 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in drinking water by gas chromatography mass spectrometry is conducted,which is expounded in HJ 1189-2021,Water quality—Determination of 28 organophosphorus pesticides—Gas chromatography mass spectrometry.The verification content mainly includes linearity calibration curve,method detection limit,lower limit of determination,precision,accuracy and other aspects,and the verification results are analyzed.Results show that the correlation coefficient of standard curve is 0.993～0.9999,the method detection limit is 0.2～0.4 ug/L,the lower limit of determination is 0.8～1.6 ug/L,the precision is 4.6%～15.2%,the adding standard recovery rate of dichlorvos,demeton and trichlorphon are 34%～96%,and adding standard recovery rate of dimethoate,methylparathion,malathion,chlorpyrifos and parathion are 60%～105%,and the validation results of all performance indicators meet the requirements of the method standard,which means the laboratory has the ability to determine 8 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in drinking water by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.
