摘要

本文采用HJ 1189-2021《水质 28种有机磷农药的测定 气相色谱质谱法》对生活饮用水中8种有机磷农药进行验证研究,验证内容主要包括标准曲线线性关系、方法检出限、测定下限、精密度、正确度等方面,并对以上性能指标的测定结果进行分析,结果表明:标准曲线相关系数为0.993~0.9999,检出限为0.2~0.4 μg/L,测定下限为0.8~1.6 μg/L,精密度为4.6%~15.2%,敌敌畏、內吸磷、敌百虫加标回收率为34%~96%,乐果、甲基对硫磷、马拉硫磷、毒死蜱、对硫磷加标回收率为60%~105%,所有性能指标验证结果均能满足方法标准要求,本实验室具备采用气相色谱质谱法测定生活饮用水中8种有机磷农药的能力.

Abstract

In this paper,the determination of 8 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in drinking water by gas chromatography mass spectrometry is conducted,which is expounded in HJ 1189-2021,Water quality—Determination of 28 organophosphorus pesticides—Gas chromatography mass spectrometry.The verification content mainly includes linearity calibration curve,method detection limit,lower limit of determination,precision,accuracy and other aspects,and the verification results are analyzed.Results show that the correlation coefficient of standard curve is 0.993~0.9999,the method detection limit is 0.2~0.4 ug/L,the lower limit of determination is 0.8~1.6 ug/L,the precision is 4.6%~15.2%,the adding standard recovery rate of dichlorvos,demeton and trichlorphon are 34%~96%,and adding standard recovery rate of dimethoate,methylparathion,malathion,chlorpyrifos and parathion are 60%~105%,and the validation results of all performance indicators meet the requirements of the method standard,which means the laboratory has the ability to determine 8 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in drinking water by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.
