国标GB/T 16915.1-2014第10章(防触电保护)的第10.2、10.3条对墙壁开关的易触及部件的材料以及非绝缘材料条件下的绝缘处理做了严格规定.由于绝缘材料本身的缺陷,以及墙壁开关使用建筑美感和体验感的需求,金属墙壁开关也在不断涌现.本文对这类开关的防触电性能从标准的角度进行了测试并验证,深入分析其能否满足要求,希望对墙壁开关的生产企业理解及利用标准提供参考.
Abstract
The insulating treatment of the material of the easily accessible parts of the wall switches and non-insulating materials are strictly regulated in Clauses 10.2 and 10.3 of Chapter 10(Protection against electric shock)of GB/T 16915.1-2014.Due to the inherent defects of insulating materials and the need of aesthetic and experience sensation for wall switches,metal wall switches are constantly emerging.The article tests and verifies their anti-electric shock performance from standard perspective,and analyzes their compliance with the standard deeply.It is expected to provide reference on how to understand and utilize the standard for wall switch manufacturers.
