摘要

本文旨在明确学校德育的重要地位,并对强化德育标准化管理方法的运用进行探索.文章采用了文献资料法、逻辑分析法,得出如下结论:坚持德育首要地位,强化德育标准化管理,符合学校教育发展方向及发展要求,该项教育工作的开展应当受到学校教师的重点关注.在具体的实施中,学校教师要注重创新型方法、案例教学法的使用,并且要加强学生职业道德教育,完善必要的教学保障,以期为学校德育工作的开展提供一定的借鉴和参考.

Abstract

This paper aims to clarify the important position of moral education in schools,and explore the application of standardization management methods to strengthen moral education.By using the method of literature review and logical analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:adhering to the primacy of moral education and strengthening the standardization management of moral education are in line with the development directions and requirements of school education,and the development of this education work should be paid attention to by school teachers.In the concrete implementation,school teachers should pay attention to the use of innovative methods and case teaching methods,strengthen students'professional ethics education,and improve the necessary teaching guarantee,in order to provide certain reference for the development of school moral education.
