核医学检查技术学课程作为医学影像技术专业的核心课程,在教学过程中,关于核医学检查的原理、适应症、检查方法、结果分析等内容对于学生来说较为枯燥、生涩,学习掌握起来有一定的困难.因此,为了达到更好的教学效果,教师就必须在课程设计、课程实施、教学效果评价等方面进行全新的设计规划.BOPPPS是一种以学生为主体、以教学目标为出发点的教学模式,能够激发学生的学习兴趣、提高课程的参与度,并且有利于教师及时评价学生的学习效果,并加以调整.本研究以BOPPPS模式为基础,按照核医学检查技术学课程的教学特点及教学大纲要求,以"甲状腺显像"章节为例,从课前自学、导入(B)、学习目标(O)、前测(P)、参与式学习(P)、后测(P)、总结(S)和课后温故知新八个方面进行教学设计,通过调查问卷等形式评估,BOPPPS模式教学效果明显提高.
Design of Standardized Teaching System of Nuclear Medicine Examination Technology Curriculum Based on BOPPPS Model
Nuclear medicine examination technology is a core course in the major of medical imaging technology.In the teaching process,the principles,indications,examination methods,result analysis and other contents of nuclear medicine examination are boring and awkward for students,and there are certain difficulties in learning and mastering.Therefore,in order to achieve better teaching effect,teachers must carry out new design planning in the aspects of curriculum design,curriculum implementation,teaching effect evaluation and so on.BOPPPS is a teaching mode with students as the main body and teaching objectives as the starting point.It can stimulate students'interest in learning,improve their participation in the course,and help teachers to evaluate students'learning effect in time and make adjustment.Based on the BOPPPS model and according to the teaching characteristics and syllabus requirements of the nuclear medicine examination technology course,this study takes the"thyroid imaging"chapter as an example,and carries out the teaching design in eight aspects:pre-class self-study,introduction(B),learning objective(O),pre-test(P),participatory learning(P),post-test(P),summary(S)and after-class review.Through questionnaire and other forms of evaluation,the teaching effect of BOPPPS model is obviously improved.
