Application Effect of Standardization Management in Improving the Quality of Biochemical Examination in Primary Hospitals
Objective:To explore the effect of standardization management in improving the quality of biochemical examination in primary hospitals.Methods:400 patients who underwent biochemical tests in Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to June 2024 were selected,including 200 before and 200 after the implementation of standardization management,and the quality of biochemical tests before and after the implementation was compared.Results:After implementation,the qualified rate was 98.50%,which was higher than 94.50%before implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation,the error rate caused by inspection equipment problems was 1.00%and the error rate caused by personnel problems was 0.50%,which were lower than 4.50%and 3.50%respectively before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardization management in the process of biochemical examination in primary hospitals can guarantee the sample qualification rate,reduce the error rate and improve the quality of examination.
