Analysis of Diagnostic Value of Standardized Blood Cell Morphology Test in Clinical Febrile Diseases
Objective:To explore the value of standardized blood cell morphology test in clinical diagnosis of fever. Methods:A total of 80 patients with fever disease admitted to Shanghai Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study group, and 80 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. All objects were subjected to standardized blood cell morphology test, and the relevant indicators of the two groups were compared. Results:Blood cell indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total detection rate of abnormal blood cell morphology in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized blood cell morphology test has a high diagnostic significance in clinical fever diseases, which can clarify fever symptoms by blood cell indicators and preliminarily determine the disease type of patients by blood cell morphological changes, which is helpful to provide basis for the implementation of follow-up treatment.
