Application and Effect Evaluation of Standardized Path of Nutritional Support Therapy in Rehabilitation of Critically Ill Patients
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized path of nutritional support therapy in the rehabilitation of severe patients.Methods:A total of 406 critically ill patients treated in the Department of Critical Care Medicine,the First People's Hospital Baiyin,Gansu Province from September 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 203 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nutritional support treatment,and the experimental group received standardized nutritional support based on the latest nutritional guidelines.Results:From the perspective of nutritional status improvement,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly reduced,especially infection complications.The average length of hospitalization in the experimental group was 4.5 days shorter than that in the control group,and the case fatality rate in the experimental group was decreased(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The standardized path of nutritional support treatment for severe patients can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients,effectively reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,and reduce the mortality rate,and promote the recovery process of severe patients on the whole.
