Effect of Standardized Nursing on Nursing Effect of Valve Replacement in Patients with Valvular Heart Disease
Objective:To study the effect of standardized nursing on the nursing effect of valve replacement in patients with valvular heart disease. Methods:A total of 84 patients with valvular heart disease enrolled in Southern Central Hospital of Yunnan Province from June 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received standardized nursing. The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and postoperative quality of life improvement of patients in the two groups were compared. Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 index results of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing measures can improve the nursing quality of valve replacement in patients with valvular heart disease, with low incidence of adverse reactions, and improved quality of life, which is worthy of popularization and application.
