目的:探讨在脑卒中出血患者的肺康复护理中使用标准化健康教育的效果.方法:选取2022年2月至2024年5月徐州市中心医院收治的70例脑卒中出血患者,根据护理方案的不同,将其分为对照组与实验组,对照组使用常规模式,实验组则采用标准化健康教育,对比两种教育方式对患者的疾病认知、心理状态、自我管理能力的影响.结果:相较于对照组,实验组患者对疾病的认知更深刻,抑郁和焦虑情绪得到缓解,自我管理能力也随之提升(P<0.05).结论:通过实施标准化健康教育,患者可以对自己的身体情况有更深刻的认知,缓解由疾病带来的负面情绪,并提高自我管理能力.
Application of Standardized Health Education in Pulmonary Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Stroke Hemorrhage
Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized health education in pulmonary rehabilitation nursing of patients with stroke hemorrhage.Methods:70 patients with stroke and hemorrhage admitted to Xuzhou Central Hospital from February 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to different nursing plans.The control group was treated with conventional mode,while the experimental group was treated with standardized health education.The effects of the two education methods on the patients'disease cognition,mental state and self-management ability were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,patients in the experimental group had more profound cognition of the disease,relieved depression and anxiety,and improved self-management ability(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the implementation of standardized health education,patients can have a deeper understanding of their physical conditions,relieve the negative emotions brought by the disease,and improve the ability of self-management.
