Value of Standardized Nursing Measures in the Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis after Craniocerebral Trauma
Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of standardized nursing intervention on deep vein thrombosis in patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods:70 patients with craniocerebral trauma treated in Xuzhou Central Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received standardized nursing. The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the blood flow velocity of popliteal vein and femoral vein in the observation group was faster than that in the control group(P<0.05).Fibrinolytic indexes D-D and Fbg in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing in patients with craniocerebral trauma can increase blood flow velocity, improve fibrinolysis indicators and reduce the probability of formation of deep vein thrombosis. It has high application value and is worth popularizing.
