Effect Analysis of Standardized Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Adult Patients with Epilepsy
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized comprehensive nursing intervention in adult patients with epilepsy.Methods:A total of 80 adult epilepsy patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Wuhu from January 2022 to October 2023 were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received standardized comprehensive nursing intervention.General self-efficacy scale(GSES),quality of life scale in epilepsy(QOLIE-31)and hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)were used to evaluate the patients'self-efficacy,quality of life and anxiety and depression status before and after the intervention.Results:The improvement of self-efficacy,quality of life and anxiety and depression in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of adult epilepsy patients,the use of standardized comprehensive nursing intervention mode can effectively improve the self-management efficiency of adult epilepsy patients,improve the quality of life,and effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients.
