Effect of Standardized Early Exercise Nursing on Rapid Recovery of Elderly Patients with Gastric Cancer
Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized early exercise nursing on rapid recovery of elderly patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with gastric cancer admitted to Deyang People's Hospital of Sichuan Province from September 2023 to March 2024 were divided by random number table method,and 30 cases were included in the control group and the observation group respectively.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized early exercise nursing.Negative emotions,cancer-related fatigue,recovery process and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cancer fatigue score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized early exercise nursing in elderly patients with gastric cancer can alleviate their negative emotions,reduce cancer-related fatigue,reduce the risk of complications,and promote their recovery as soon as possible.
