On China Owns the Undoubted Sovereignty for Diaoyu Islands--From the perspective of international law
After the World War II, changes and arrangements of territory among countries are based on the following: treaties and declarations signed among allies in World War II, treaties signed between allies and defeated fascist countries. These treaties and declarations constituted international law. The international law provides the juridical basis that China owns the undoubted sovereignty for Diaoyu Islands. From the historical perspective, it adequately proves that Diaoyu Islands are subsidiary islands of Taiwan Island instead of Ryukyu Islands. Therefore, China owns the undoubted sovereignty for Diaoyu Islands.
