摘要
面对在校大学生互联网普及率达到100％以及网络信息爆炸式发展的现状，响应《16号文件＊和《24号令》要求，大学生思想政治工作者应当构建网络平台掌握思想政治教育主动权，引导学生合理利用网络资源进行校园文化建设。还应该主动探索，提升高校网络思想政治教育新境界，努力开拓高校网络育人新领域一手机网络新情况，使网络成为大学生思想政治教育的“第三课堂”。
Abstract
Face the situation of 100% college students surf the Internet and network information explosive development, response to the Document 16 and the 24 Order requirement, university instructors should construct network platform of ideological and political education to the initiative. University instructors should guide the student to reasonable use of network resources for the construction of campus culture. University instructors should explore the new methods and open up the network education third class.
