谈信息化管理在高职院校顶岗实习管理中的作用

摘要
顶岗实习已逐渐成为高职院校教育的一大特色，在高职院校中，顶岗实习已经正式被写入教学计划，但高职院校在学生顶岗实习实施过程中遇到的问题却不容乐观，为提高高职院校顶岗实习信息的可溯性，本文针对高职院校学生顶岗实习中产生的信息和遇到的问题进行科学的管理，建立全方位的管理体系，便于学生工作管瑚者对信息的跟踪和管理，以及对管理者提供有效的决策支持。
Abstract
Work Placement ( WP ) has gradually become a major feature in Vocational Education ( VE ). WP was formally written in VE teaching programs. However, that we encounlered the problems of students' WP implementation process was not optimistic. To improve the vocational WP' s information traceability, this article solved vocational students' WP problems, developed a system with scientific management. We established a comprehensive management system. Managers can track the students' work and manage information and for managers to provide effective decision support.
