this paper mainly introduces the heavy and thick mil in lai steel factory 4300 heavy and thick hydraulic AGC control system are given, and the composition of equipment and system AGC sensor configuration. Under pressure from the screw position control and hydraulic cylinder position control two winds on the mill roll gap control system, this paper analyzes the control principle of hydraulic cylinder. Finally, this paper gives the high precision absolutely engineering realization of AGC method.
