摘要
本文通过一桩"集体怠工"的非常事件引发的领导层与职工之间的不同立场与不同解决方式,展现了生活书店制度化、人性化的民主管理以及独特的企业文化.这一事件的发生、发展直至最终尘埃落定,有助于后人走近邹韬奋等一代知识分子,也对当今的出版管理、经营和决策具有一定借鉴意义.
Abstract
This article examines an emergency that took place at Shenghuo Publishing House,in which a"collective work stoppage"sparked different stances and solutions between the leaders and employees.It tries to showcase the institutionalized and humanized democratic man-agement of Shenghuo Publishing House,as well as its uniquecorporate culture.The occurrence,development,and resolution of this event provide insights into the lives of intellectuals like Zou Taofen,and offer valuable reference for contemporary publishing management,operation,and de-cision-making.
