摘要
在长期的革命、建设、改革过程中,邓小平对培育领导干部战略思维有着深入持久的实践探索和丰富深厚的思想论见.同时,邓小平建构领导干部战略思维的历史过程蕴涵着理论、现实、实践三维向度的统一.从理论向度来看,运用辩证唯物主义,提升干部理论修养;从现实向度来看,以顾全大局为干部标准,增强工作系统布局;从实践向度来看,建构情感动员策略,优化干部宣传方法.邓小平培育干部战略思维能力的历史经验,对新时代中国共产党增强执政能力和领导水平具有重要意义.
Abstract
In the process of long-term revolution,construction and reform,Deng Xiaoping has deep and lasting practical exploration and profound thoughts on cultivating the strategic thinking of leading officials.Meanwhile,the historical process of Deng Xiaoping's cultivating leading officials'strategic thinking contains the unity of theory,reality,and practice.From the theoretical perspective,he used dialectical materialism to enhance the theoretical level of leading officials;from the practical perspective,he took considering the overall situation as the standard for officials and enhanced the layout of the work system;from the practical perspective,he constructed emotional mobilization strategies and optimized communication methods for officials.Deng Xiaoping's historical experience of cultivating leading officials' strategic thinking is of great significance for the CPC to enhance its governance and leadership in the new era.
