Abstract
Implementing the political responsibility of exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance is a major practical exploration of Party building,which adheres to the methodology of unifying theory and practice.Since the new era,this practical exploration has made remarkable achievements in the Party's overall leadership,political building,internal supervision,and self-reform,and also achieved many significant results in the theory of Party building,which enriches and develops the Marxist theory of Party building,and provides important enlightenment for strengthening Party building in the new era.Under the new historical conditions,it is of great value to systematically analyze the practical exploration,effectiveness and enlightenment of implementation the political responsibility of exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance in the new era.
