摘要
目的:通过调查北京市综合医院全科医学科研现状,对综合医院全科医学科研建设进行分析.方法:采用随机整群抽样方法,对拥有国家全科医师规范化培训基地的北京市综合医院全科医学(疗)科医务人员进行调查,调查内容包括全科医师科研相关基本情况、科研领域和方向、科研基金申请及获取情况、文章发表情况、科研面临的困难和问题.采用文献检索法调查各综合医院科研论文发表情况.结果:对北京市8家综合医院全科医学(疗)科全部71 名医师进行了调查,93%的医师具有硕士研究生及以上学历.48名医师(67.5%)开展科研工作,26名医师(36.6%)曾获得过基金支持.59名医师(83.1%)发表过科研论文,20名医师(28.2%)发表过SCI论文.科研领域覆盖了慢性病预防、治疗、管理、预后及医学人文.申请经费渠道少及科研领域不明确是综合医院全科医师从事科研工作面临的主要困难和问题.结论:北京市综合医院全科医学医师队伍具备较好的科研基础与潜力,全科医学科研的发展需要完善的科研体系建设和从地方到国家各个层面的基金支持.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the research status of General Practice at the general hospitals in Beijing and think about how to improve the current situation.METHODS Radom cluster sampling was used to survey general practitioners at the General Practice Departments of the general hospitals in Beijing,which were national standardized training bases for general practitioners.The surveyed questions for general practitioners included educational information,research fields,and directions,grant applications,articles publication,and difficulties they had meet during research.Research products were also analyzed by combining the survey with literature retrieval online.RESULTS A total of 71 general practitioners from 8 general hospitals in Beijing were surveyed and 93%of general practitioners had a medical master's or medical doctor's degree and had experienced training in medical research.48 general practitioners(67.5%)engaged in clinical or basic research in addition to clinical work.Only 26 general practitioners(36.6%)had obtained scientific research grants.59 general practitioners(83.1%)had published scientific research papers and 20 general practitioners(28.2%)had published their work in SCI journals.The fields general practitioners studied include the preven-tion,treatment,management,and prognosis of chronic diseases,as well as medical humanity.Difficulties for research fund obtain-ment and finding valuable research orientation.CONCLUSION Most General Practitioners at general hospitals in Beijing have accept-ed basic research training and will play potential roles in the development of the discipline research,which needs the perfect estab-lishment of the General Practice Medicine Research System and funds from local to national institutes or foundations.
