Investigation and Countermeasure Research on the Status Quo of Community Family Sickbed Service in Pudong New Area of Shanghai
OBJECTIVE By investigating the current situation of family bed service in Pudong New Area of Shanghai,to summarize and analyze the problems and challenges of family bed service,and put forward countermeasures.METHODS A questionnaire survey was used to collect the service provision of family beds in Pudong New Area from 2019 to 2021,and the frequency and composition ratio were used for descriptive analysis,and χ2 test was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS From 2019 to 2021,the average bed construction rate of family beds in Pudong New Area was 1.80‰,and the average bed construction rate of urban areas was higher than that of other areas.The majority of doctors engaged in home bed service were part-time doctors,and the proportion of general practitioners was the largest.From 2019 to 2021,the average number of bed days of family beds did not change much,and the average cost of family beds showed a downward trend,and the proportion of family beds was 9.93%,11.49%and 15.89%,respectively,showing an increasing trend year by year.Cardiovascular diseases were the main treatment category for home bed services in the region.CONCLUSION The gradual development of home bed service needs to bring into play the leading role of policy,integrate with contracted service,utilize intelligent information technology,optimize the service process of home bed service,and highlight the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine service,to promote the capacity of community health services.
