Study on the Construction of Performance Evaluation Index System of Family Doctor Contract Service in Underdeveloped Areas in the Area of Guangxi on SPO Model
OBJECTIVE To construct the performance evaluation index system of family doctor contract service in western underdeveloped areas.METHODS By using the methods of literature research, expert interviews and demonstration, and based on the"Structure-Process-Outcome"(SPO)model framework,it preliminarily constructed the performance evaluation index system of contracted service of family doctors and compiled the expert consultation questionnaire. From June to November 2022,Delphi method was used to optimize and determine the index system through two rounds of expert consultation, and analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of the index system.RESULTS The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation were 96%(24/25)and 100%(24/24),respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.838 and 0.848,respectively.The expert coordination coefficient value of P were<0.01,and the expert coordination coefficient W in the second round was greater than that in the first round, and the expert opinions tended to be consistent. The index CR at all levels was less than 0.1,and the index weight setting was reasonable and accurate. Finally,a performance evaluation index system of family doctor contract service including 3 index dimensions,11 first-level indicators and 48 second-level indicators was established.CONCLUSION The performance evaluation index system of family doctor contract service in western underdeveloped areas is finally constructed in the study, which is applicability, operable and scientific to a certain extent,so as to provide a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation tool for family doctor contract service in western underdeveloped areas.
