Current Situation and Countermeasure Research of Basic Public Health Service Work in Hetang District of Zhuzhou
Basic public health services are regarded as a significant livelihood project related to people's right to health,sur-vival,and development.It touches upon the most fundamental principles of fairness and equity in society and is a concrete manifes-tation of the"people-centered"development philosophy.During the past"13th Five-Year Plan"period and the ongoing"14th Five-Year Plan"period,China has accelerated the construction of its public service system,leading to a noticeable improvement in the quality of basic public health services and further ensuring equitable access to them.However,with the in-depth transforma-tion of social structures and the gradual increase in various social contradictions,an imbalance has emerged between the demand for and supply of basic public health services,which has become increasingly prominent and urgent to address.Taking the work on basic public health services in Hetang District of Zhuzhou,as an example,the region has achieved certain results in advancing ba-sic public health services but also faces a series of development dilemmas.To gain a deeper understanding of the actual situation re-garding basic public health services in Hetang District,relevant parties have comprehensively summarized its work achievements and conducted an in-depth analysis of the encountered problems and challenges.Based on it,a series of countermeasures and sug-gestions aimed at improving the quality of basic public health services in Hetang District and even nationwide have been proposed,with the goal of better meeting people's health needs and promoting harmonious and stable social development.
