Study on the Implementation Strategy of Free Influenza Vaccination for the Elderly in Weifang
In order to promote the free influenza vaccination for the elderly,formulate a free vaccination industry standard,further prevent influenza and reduce related severe cases and deaths,the study summarizes the implementation strategies and experience suggestions to improve the influenza vaccination rate for the elderly in Weifang.The implementation of"Weifang Free Influenza Vaccination Project for the Elderly over 70 years old"has formed a new mode of influenza vaccination for the elderly through the paths of"all-round"publicity mode,"whole-process"quality service,"whole-chain"fund guarantee and supervision mode,and"full-cycle"evaluation system.From 2019 to 2023,the vaccination rate of the target population increased from 48.62%to 71.61%,and the vaccination rate of the whole population increased from 4.96%to 10.12%.The satisfaction rate of the elderly on all aspects of influenza vaccination was above 90%,and the cost-benefit ratio was 1∶2.42,which saved more than 89 million yuan.The social and economic benefits are remarkable,and it has certain popularization value.
