上海市区级疾控中心微信公众号健康科普内容发布现状研究

目的:分析上海市区级疾控中心微信公众号健康科普内容发布现状,为今后更好利用新媒体进行健康教育传播和开发创新性科普内容提供依据.方法:采用Phython爬虫软件,获取2023年上海市16家区级疾控中心微信公众号发布的内容信息,并进行分析.结果:2023年16家区级疾控中心共发布原创信息4 017篇,其中工作动态1 587篇,占比为39.51%;党团工会613篇,占比为15.26%;健康科普类1 817篇,占比为45.23%.其中,健康科普类总阅读量3 067 981人次,平均阅读量1 688人次.健康科普类总阅读量前两位为浦东区疾控中心、宝山区疾控中心.健康科普内容与疾控中心常规工作直接相关的有慢性传染病、急性传染病、慢性病、寄防消毒、健康教育、学校卫生、五大卫生,占比为90.97%.结论:互联网时代,新媒体平台作为健康科普宣传的重要手段之一已成为疾控中心主要的内容发布阵地.但总体上创新性不足,存在同质化现象,且科普内容阅读量普遍不高.未来探索各区特色定位,打造科普内容的差异化也许是提升科普作品可读性,使健康科普可持续发展的可行之路.此外,加速人才培养是实现科普创新动力的源泉.
A Study on the Current Situation of Popular Science of the Wechat Public Account in District-level Disease Prevention and Control System in Shanghai
OBJECTIVE To Analyze the current situation of releasing popular science in the Wechat public account of District-level Disease Prevention and Control System in Shanghai to provide a basis for better communicating and creating innovative works by new media.METHODS Getting and analyzing works information of 16 District-level Disease Prevention and Control System in Shanghai by python in 2023.RESULTS In 2023,the 16 district-level Centers for Disease Control(CDCs)sent out 4 017 original all-type information,of which 1 587 were work dynamics,accounting for 39.51%;613 were related to party,union,and workers'federation,accounting for 15.26%;1 817 were health promotion and education articles,accounting for 45.23%.Among them,the total readership of health promotion and education articles was 3 067 811,with an average readership of 1 688.The two districts with the highest readership of health promotion and education articles were Pudong CDC and Baoshan CDC.Among the health promotion and education content,90.97%was directly related to the routine work of CDCs,including chronic infectious diseases,acute infectious diseases,chronic diseases,vector control and disinfection,health education,school hygiene,and the five major hygiene campaigns.CONCLUSION In the internet era,as one of the important means of health science popularization was become a main position of publishing health science popularization works of CDC.But on the whole,the innovation is insufficient,there is a homogenization phenomenon and the reading amount of popular sciences were generally not high.In the future,exploring the characteristic positioning of each district to create the difference of popular science works may be a feasible way to improve the readability of popular science works and make healthy popular science sustainable development.In addition,accelerating talent training is the source of scientific science innovation.
