Primary and Secondary School of Banan District of Chongqing from 2019 to 2023 Classroom Environmental Hygiene and Screening Myopia Analysis of Students
OBJECTIVE To understand the environmental sanitation status of primary and secondary school classrooms in Banan District,Chongqing,and to provide reference for improving and improving the environmental quality of primary and secondary school classrooms,and to lay a foundation for preventing common diseases such as myopia.METHODS The stratified sampling method was used to detect the environmental hygiene in 331 classrooms of 7 primary and secondary schools in Banan District,Chongqing.RESULTS The comparison of myopia rates among students of different genders,regions,and grades showed statistically significant differences(χ2=85.287,2557.713,43.032,P<0.05).Among them,the myopia rate of girls(56.57%)was higher than that of boys(51.22%).The myopia rate among urban students(56.94%)was higher than that in rural areas(49.34%),as the grade increases,the myopia rate among students gradually increased.In the examination of classroom environment sanitation,the qualified rate of classroom per capita area was 35.65%,the qualified rate of blackboard reflection ratio was 46.22%,the qualified rate of blackboard average illumination was 44.71%,the qualified rate of blackboard surface uniformity was 76.13%,the qualified rate of desk surface average illumination was 76.13%,the qualified rate of desk surface illumination uniformity was 86.71%.Blackboard reflectance,average illuminance and evenness of blackboard illuminance were all risk factors for myopia.CONCLUSION The qualified rate of classroom environmental hygiene test is low,and blackboard reflectance,average illumination and uniformity of blackboard have great influence on students'myopia.It is suggested that relevant departments increase investment to improve the classroom environment of schools and reduce the occurrence of myopia.
