Construction of Evidence-based Perioperative Nutrition Management Practice for Pancreatic Cancer Patients
OBJECTIVE To establish a whole-process nutrition management scheme for perioperative patients with pancreatic tumor and to provide a reference for clinical practice.METHODS The literature related to the risk assessment and management of perioperative in patient with pancreatic tumor was searched in domestic and international databases.The research team members formed a perioperative nutrition whole course management scheme primarily for patients with pancreatic tumor,and then 2 rounds of expert correspondence were conducted to revise the draft and determine the content by Delphi method from May to July 2023.RESULTS 20 experts completed 2 rounds of expert correspondence.The expert authority coefficient was 0.825 and 0.845 respectively.The Kendall harmony coefficient of the first-level index was 0.647,the second-level index was 0.710 and the third-level index was 0.661(P<0.05),and the coefficient of variation ranged from 0.05 to 0.20.At last,a comprehensive nutrition optimization practice plan for perioperative pancreatic tumor patients was formed,including 7 primary indexes,18 secondary indexes and 56 tertiary indexes,involving tissue construction,nutritional screening and evaluation,formulation of nutritional plans,implementation of measures,management of postoperative complications,monitoring of nutritional effects and health education.CONCLUSION The established whole-process perioperative nutrition management scheme primarily for patients with pancreatic tumor is rigorous,scientific,and reliable,which can provide a reference for clinical practice.
