摘要

随着材料加工的快速化、智能化、数字化的发展趋势,材料连接技术越来越受到广泛的重视,其中激光连接陶瓷技术是引人关注的重要技术之一.论述了近年来激光连接陶瓷技术的研究现状与进展,首先阐述了激光连接技术的原理和分类;其次对适合陶瓷激光连接的激光器类型和特点进行了介绍,并分析了影响激光连接陶瓷质量的关键因素;然后对基于激光连接技术的陶瓷与陶瓷之间的连接以及陶瓷与异质材料之间的连接的研究进展进行了详细的介绍,阐述了各种激光连接陶瓷方法的特点、机理和连接性能;最后对激光连接陶瓷技术进行总结,并展望其发展趋势.

Abstract

With the rapid,intelligent and digital development trend of material processing technology,material joining technology has attracted more and more attention.Laser joining ceramics technology is one of the most important technolo-gies.The research status and progress of the laser joining ceramics technology in recent years are reviewed.Firstly,the principle and classification of laser joining technology are described.Secondly,the types and characteristics of lasers suit-able for laser joining ceramics are introduced,and the key factors affecting the quality of laser joining ceramics are ana-lyzed.Thirdly,the joining between ceramics and ceramics and between ceramics and dissimilar materials based on laser joining ceramics technology are reviewed in detail,and the characteristics,advantages,mechanisms and joining performance of various laser joining ceramics methods are described.Finally,the problems that need to be further explored for laser join-ing ceramics technology are discussed,and the development trend is prospected.
