摘要

陶瓷颗粒增强铁基复合材料既具有铁基体的良好强度和冲击韧性,又具有陶瓷颗粒高硬度与高耐磨性等优点,在提高材料耐磨性方面具有广阔的应用前景,已成为近年来国内外的研究热点之一.结合现有国内外文献的研究结果,首先从铁基体和陶瓷颗粒的选择方面介绍了陶瓷颗粒增强铁基复合材料熔覆层的成分设计;其次详细介绍了焊条电弧堆焊、气体保护电弧堆焊、等离子弧堆焊、埋弧堆焊和激光熔覆技术等铁基复合材料熔覆层的制备方法;再次从陶瓷颗粒类型、数量、大小和形态以及与铁基体的匹配状况等方面进行分析,探讨了不同陶瓷颗粒对铁基复合材料熔覆层显微组织、硬度及耐磨性的影响;最后对陶瓷颗粒增强铁基复合材料熔覆层的未来发展趋势进行了展望.

Abstract

The ceramic particle reinforced iron matrix composites not only have the advantages of good strength and impact toughness of iron matrix,but also have the advantages of high hardness and high wear-resistance of ceramic particles.They have broad application prospects in improving the wear-resistance of materials,and have become one of the research hotspots at home and abroad in recent years.Based on the research results of existing domestic and foreign literatures,firstly,the composition design of ceramic particle reinforced iron matrix composite cladding layer is introduced from the selection of iron matrix and ceramic particles.Secondly,the preparation methods of iron-based composite cladding layers such as electrode arc surfacing,gas shielded arc surfacing,plasma arc surfacing,submerged arc surfacing and laser cladding are introduced in detail.Thirdly,the influence of different ceramic particles on the microstructure,hardness and wear-resistance of the iron matrix composite cladding layer is discussed by analyzing the type,quantity,size and shape of ceramic particles and the matching condition with the iron matrix.Finally,the future development trend of ceramic particle reinforced iron matrix com-posite cladding layer is prospected.
