摘要

概述了镁及镁合金产业现状、应用情况以及标准体系建设现状.中国作为全球镁资源的龙头,近些年来在镁及镁合金研发和生产技术方面发展迅速,然而仍面临着生产工艺粗放、产品质量稳定性差、高附加值产品种类缺乏、下游应用规模小等诸多问题.为此,加强镁及镁合金产业标准体系建设变得尤为重要.结合当前产业标准体系建设的现状和不足,通过构建简洁、清晰、完整且高度协同的标准体系,推动镁及镁合金产业向更高层次发展,进而提升产品质量和国际竞争力.

Abstract

This paper summarizes the current situation of magnesium and magnesium alloy industry,application and stand-ard system construction. As the leader of global magnesium resources,China has developed rapidly in magnesium and mag-nesium alloy research,development and production technology in recent years. However,it still faces many problems,such as extensive production process,poor product quality stability,lack of high value-added product types,and small down-stream application scale. Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of magnesium and magnesium alloy industry standard system. Combined with the current situation and shortcomings of the construction of the industrial standard system,we should build a simple,clear,complete and highly collaborative standard system to promote the develop-ment of magnesium and magnesium alloy industry to a higher level,and then improve product quality and international com-petitiveness.
