A non-contact three-dimensional and full-field testing method for stirling cryocooler vibration based on DIC
A new method of non-contact three-dimensional full-field measurement was established to quickly and accurately detect the vibration state of running Stirling cryocoolers based on digital image correlation (DIC).By analyzing the image correlation of natural or artificial identification on the surfaces of Stirling cryocoolers, the method obtained the three-dimensional non-contact fullfield measurement data of shapes (shapes or identifications),displacements and strains of the machine surfaces;by using Fourier analysis for the measured three-dimensional displacement fields,it further calculated the three-dimensional full-field vibration of machine surfaces, realizing highprecision non-contact measurement of the amplitude and frequency of machine vibration. The test results show that this method can be used both as a new method for measuring vibration output of Stirling cryocoolers and an efficient technique for measuring the vibration outputs of other moving objects.
